Lainer Suspension USA is committed to delivering high-quality suspension components, custom valving systems, and premium motorcycle service parts. Please review the following terms regarding refunds, returns, and shipping. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the policy outlined below.
- Returns & Refunds (California Civil Code §1723)
Standard Components
Returns for unused standard components (such as wear/service parts) are accepted within 25 days of delivery. Items must be:
- Unused and in new condition
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Note: A 15% restocking fee applies to all non-defective returns. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Custom or Built-to-Order Components
Custom-built items—including but not limited to Impact Shocks, Epica Cartridges, Works Fork Kits, and other valving systems—are non-refundable unless the product is found to be defective or we made an order fulfillment error.
- Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us at sales@podiummxracing.com within the 25-day window.
- Await written approval and return instructions.
- Ship the item using a trackable and insured method.
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds (when eligible) will be issued within 5 business days to your original payment method, less applicable fees.
- Return Shipping Responsibility
- Customer-initiated returns: You are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Defective or incorrect items: If we determine that the return is due to a manufacturing defect or shipping error on our part, we will provide a prepaid return label.
- Exclusions (Non-Returnable Items)
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Used or installed components
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper installation
- Customized or altered components (e.g., revalved suspension, non-standard shim stacks)
- Items returned without prior authorization
- Shipping Policy
Delivery Responsibility
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier (e.g., UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL), it is considered delivered to the customer. At that point, Lainer Suspension USA is not responsible for loss, theft, damage, or delay in delivery.
Shipping Insurance
We do not insure packages beyond the carrier’s standard coverage. If you wish to purchase additional insurance, you must request it prior to shipment.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or damaged in transit:
- We will assist in initiating a carrier claim on your behalf.
- We will not reship or refund your order until the carrier has completed their investigation and issued reimbursement.
- Lainer Suspension USA is not liable for delays or denials of claims by the shipping carrier.
We recommend selecting a shipping option that includes insurance and tracking, especially for high-value orders.
- California Residents – Your Rights
This policy complies with California Civil Code §1723, which requires retailers to clearly disclose their return/refund policies. If this policy is not made available prior to purchase, California customers may be entitled to a refund or exchange.
