Refund Policy for Motocross Suspension Components and Impact, Epica and Works edition Suspension Components

At Lainer Suspension USA we strive to provide high-quality motocross suspension components and custom-built equipment. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy outlines our guidelines for refunds and returns. By making a purchase from us, you agree to the terms and conditions stated below.

  1. Returns Eligibility: a. Standard Suspension Components: If you wish to return a standard suspension component/wear part, it must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. Returns are accepted within 25 days of the delivery date. b. Custom Built Equipment: Due to the personalized nature of custom-built equipment (Impact Shock series, Epica Cartridge Series and Works Forks kit, returns are generally not accepted unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
  2. Refund Process: a. Standard Suspension Components: Upon receiving the returned suspension component in acceptable condition, we will process your refund within 5 business days. The refund amount will be credited back to your original payment method, excluding any shipping charges. b. Custom Built Equipment: If there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, please contact our customer support within 10 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include repairing or replacing the equipment.
  3. Return Shipping: a. Standard Suspension Components: You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part. We recommend using a shipping method with tracking and insurance. b. Custom Built Equipment: In the case of a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, we will provide instructions on the return shipping process. We will cover the return shipping costs in such cases.
  4. Exclusions: a. Used or Damaged Items: We do not accept returns or provide refunds for used or damaged items unless there is a manufacturing defect. b. Customized or Altered Items: Items that have been customized or altered according to your specifications are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
