Strip the grime.
Not the metal.
Pro vapor honing for engine cases, heads, covers and hardware. A glass-media slurry lifts oxidation and decades of grime, leaving a uniform satin finish that looks better than new, with zero dimensional loss.

How vapor honing works
Unlike dry blasting, the water cushions the media — so it cleans aggressively without peening or removing material. The result is a consistent, low-glare satin finish.
Inspect & mask
We degrease, plug bearings and threaded bores, and mask off sealing surfaces so only the right areas get worked.
Vapor hone
A pressurized slurry of fine glass media and water sweeps the surface — lifting oxidation, carbon and stains without cutting into the aluminum.
Rinse & protect
Parts are neutralized, flushed of all media and fully dried.
QC & ship
Every part is inspected, photographed and packed reassembly-ready, then shipped back on a 48–72 hour turnaround.
If it’s cast, forged or machined — we can hone it
